Are tours from Malta to Gozo worth the money?

Definitely! Gozo Channel runs from Cirkewwa to Mġarr (25 min, €4.65 return for foot passengers, car about €15.70 return). Without a car, fast ferries also run from Valletta and, since 5 May 2026, on the new Gozo Highspeed Sliema/Buġibba → Gozo route. A guided tour of Gozo costs €50–80/person for a full day with transport. Gozo is quieter, greener and very different from Malta.
